Never forget that we serve a supernatural God! It’s easy to enter our prayer time with the Lord and only ask for things that we know we can do in our own power. We can’t allow ourselves to forget that the God who parted the Red Sea, to deliver the children of Israel from Pharaoh’s army, is the same God who can step in with a divine intervention on your behalf.
Jeremiah 32:17 says, “O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!”
This verse from Jeremiah is a powerful reminder that absolutely nothing is too hard for our God. Later in this chapter, it goes on to describe how God has done many miraculous things in the past and continues to perform miracles today. Just as the Lord was ready and able to step in and help the children of Israel back then, He is still ready and able today to divinely step in and provide whatever it is that we need.
What are you believing for in this new year? I encourage you to bring it before your Heavenly Father in faith today and expect for Him to answer with your miracle!
So let the seasons of time we go through here in this world be a reminder of the heavenly life to come. Be encouraged today that even when it is the darkest of times in your life, there is a new beginning on its way. God’s plan of redemption is already at work.
